MA - Mail Archiving

Complete email archiving sloution for all environments.

Our eMail Archiving Service enables you to take advantage of all legal, technical and economical aspects of contemporary email archiving.

iBUS eMail archiving stores perfect copies of all company email in a central archive which can safely maintain any amount of data for many years. Users can easily access the archived emails using the Microsoft Outlook integration or an internet browser with iBUS eMail Web Access.

With the aim of drastically reducing the workload of email servers, iBUS eMail Archiving can delete emails once they have been archived according to a rule-based process (e.g., all emails older than 12 months are deleted). These emails are still available to users, who can view them using Microsoft Outlook.

When you register for iBus on mycloudstore you will be contacted by an iBUS representative and also sent a link to fill out an online questionnaire.   Once that is completed a solution can be configured and pricing will be sent through.
